The website introduces the SparkCode’s approach and capabilities. Sending an inquiry, selecting a budget range or discussing an idea does not create a project agreement or a promise of delivery. Scope, pricing, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are agreed separately.
Concept work and editorial content
Portfolio items labelled independent concepts are demonstrations of thinking and design. They are not client commissions, live deployments or evidence of measured business outcomes. Articles provide general information and should be evaluated against the circumstances of your project.
Use of the website
Use the website lawfully and respect the security and availability of the service. Do not submit malicious content, attempt unauthorised access or use the forms for unsolicited promotion.
Content and external services
The SparkCode’s original content and visual work may not be presented as your own. Third-party software, fonts and services retain their respective licences and terms. External services and linked resources may change independently.
