This notice covers information shared through our website and used in business prospect research and correspondence.
SparkCode operates this website and carries out the business research and correspondence described below. You can contact us with privacy questions at expert@sparkcode.tech or through the contact form.
A contact-only request provides your email and any optional details you add. A project inquiry also includes your name and message. We use it to review your request, reply and manage a potential engagement. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
We research publicly published business contact details and role and company information to identify relevant supplier or partnership opportunities. This may include a person's name, business email address, job role, company and the public source where the information was found. Public availability does not mean that someone has agreed to receive marketing.
We use this information to assess relevant business opportunities, send personalised introductions about our services where permitted, respond to public supplier or partnership invitations, and manage resulting discussions. Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in developing relevant business relationships only after considering the contact’s role, reasonable expectations and rights; where consent is required, we obtain it before contact. Source evidence, correspondence and contact preferences, including objections and opt-outs, are held in business research records and spreadsheet files using AI-assisted research and document-storage services, including OpenAI ChatGPT.
The hosting service processes technical request information needed to operate and protect the website. Bot protection and a rate limit help prevent automated abuse. Rate limiting uses a keyed hash of the network address. Website hosting is provided by Vercel, database hosting by Neon and rate-limit storage in the same PostgreSQL database. Configured email delivery providers may process contact details needed to send operational messages. These services may process data outside your country.
Business emails are now sent and received as expert@sparkcode.tech through Google Workspace. Earlier correspondence used Gmail Send As, Mailjet and Cloudflare Email Routing. Email services process business contact details and message content needed to handle correspondence. Research and document-storage services process the information stored with them. These services may process data outside your country.
Inquiries are stored in a restricted administrative system. Access is limited to authorised people handling the inquiry and the providers necessary to operate the service. Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential client records through these forms.
The AI assistant sends your ordinary chat messages through OpenRouter to OpenAI's GPT-6 Luna model. These providers may retain messages under their own terms. Vercel stores conversation state to keep the chat working. Starting a new chat does not delete previous records. Please keep personal or confidential information out of ordinary chat messages.
Selected question answers are also saved in a private project brief. Anonymous briefs are removed after 30 days by scheduled maintenance. If you agree to project follow-up, your email, optional name and an AI-generated conversation summary become a private inquiry linked to your answers. Recognised contact replies are saved separately; their contact fields are not sent to the AI model. This does not remove every kind of personal information from ordinary messages.
We retain inquiry information while reviewing and discussing your request and for up to twelve months after the last meaningful contact, unless an engagement or an applicable obligation requires a different period. Spam and rejected inquiries are reviewed for earlier deletion.
Prospect research and business correspondence are kept for as long as needed to assess a relevant opportunity and manage the resulting discussions. Retention takes account of the continuing relevance and accuracy of the information, the status of the discussion and any applicable record-keeping obligations. We retain limited contact details and objection or opt-out records as needed to prevent further unwanted contact, even when other prospect information is no longer needed.
You can object to business prospect contact or ask us to stop emailing you by replying to the message or emailing expert@sparkcode.tech. We record objections and opt-outs as suppression records and check them before sending further business prospect emails.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, request a portable copy, or complain to the relevant data protection authority. Contact expert@sparkcode.tech or use the contact form to make a request or ask about the source of your information. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to our public pages through aggregate statistics, including page views, referring websites, approximate location, and browser and device information. It does not use analytics cookies or track you across other websites. We remove query strings and fragments from recorded page URLs and exclude administrative, API and preview routes. Form answers and chat messages are not sent to analytics. Learn more about Vercel Web Analytics privacy.
We also use Vercel Speed Insights to measure page loading, responsiveness and visual stability. It reports performance timings with page, browser, device and network information. We apply the same page URL redaction and private-route exclusions. These measurements do not include your form answers or chat messages. See Vercel Speed Insights privacy.
The public website does not use advertising cookies. Administrative login uses session cookies. The assistant uses an essential, secure cookie to keep each visitor’s chat and saved answers private. It expires after 24 hours without use. Essential technical processing may occur for security and delivery. If other analytics or marketing tools are introduced, this notice and any required choices will be updated.
